Shkelzen Cakaj has received his BSc and MSc degrees from Pristina University in Kosovo. He has prepared his Master Thesis at Vienna Technical University. Endrit Shabani is a Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) in Politics from University of Oxford. He also holds a Master of Science in Education Policy from University of Oxford.
